Curriculum Evaluation – Undergraduate Chemistry Program
The curriculum evaluation for the Undergraduate Chemistry Program at the University of Lampung serves as the foundation for the development of the 2020 Curriculum. The evaluation is based on a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) derived from the program’s Self-Evaluation Report.
The curriculum development process considers the following national regulations:
-
Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education No. 44 of 2015 on National Standards of Higher Education.
-
Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 73 of 2013 on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI).
-
Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 3 of 2020 on National Standards of Higher Education.
In addition, feedback from alumni, graduate users, and students is taken into account to determine core and elective courses, as well as the learning process.
The 2020 Curriculum is also designed with consideration of various aspects including input (quality of prospective students, qualifications of lecturers, and infrastructure), learning process (number and quality of lectures, laboratory practices, and other academic activities), and output (grade point average, duration of study, and on-time graduation rate).
