Curriculum Evaluation – Master’s Program in Chemistry

The curriculum evaluation of the Master’s Program in Chemistry at the University of Lampung ensures alignment between learning objectives, course content, and graduate competencies. The 2020 Curriculum was developed based on a SWOT analysis from the program’s self-evaluation and takes into account several key regulations, including:

  • Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 3 of 2020 on National Standards for Higher Education.

  • Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 73 of 2013 on the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI).

  • Graduate competency standards for Master’s level (Level 8 of KKNI).

  • Feedback from alumni, employers, lecturers, and students regarding curriculum effectiveness and relevance to academic and industrial needs.

The curriculum is designed to strengthen academic capabilities, research skills, and professional ethics. Evaluation also considers input (student and lecturer qualifications), process (quality of learning and research), and output (thesis quality, study duration, and graduate success rate).
